Technology Support/Product Specialist
Provide member support for Service Autopilot platform. Responsible for ticket management via ZenDesk, troubleshooting issues and providing knowledge to members on how to use software.

Provide technology support both remotely and in-person via use of a ticket system. I work with several hundred employees within a refinery to ensure their devices (primarily computers, but often printers, TVs, etc.) are working properly.
